동물실험 결과, 미녹시딜 성분과 효과 비슷
고려대의대 생화학분자생물학교실 박길홍 교수팀이 고사리에서 추출한 탈모치료제 신물질을 특허출원했다.박 교수가 발견한 신물질은 프테로신 유도체로 동물실험에서 탈모 치료 및 발모 증진에 대한 효과가 입증됐다.모근의 털을 완전히 제거한 동물모델에 고사리 열수추출물 및 프테로신 유도체 용액을 2주간 바르고 모발 성장률을 비교했다.그 결과, 물을 바른 대조군에서는 약 10%인 반면 비교군은 80~100%로 시판 중인 미녹시딜 성분 발모제와 비슷하다고 교수팀은 설명했다.한편 이번 연구는 (주)지에이치팜과 공동으로 진행됐다.
